John Miles was born to 23.4.1949 in Jarrow, England. It works as singer, guitarist, pianist and Songautor. He learned piano and guitar, followed in Newcastle "Influence", led 1970 own volume, the two Singles published and moved 1973 with "John Miles set" to London. Two years later it presented with a James Dean image and provided themselves 1976 with the melodramatischen, in the meantime classical Rockballade "Music" for a best-seller in Europe. Miles purged into skirt plates and strove relatively unsuccessfully for further hits. it hired, played 1987 on as a tour guitarist with Tina Turner 1990 in the studio for Joe Cocker and gave until 1992 only some few solo concerts. it received a new disk contract to 1992.
1993 went its solo career also again upward - very well made CD from it appeared the single "One More Day Without Love" with "Upfront".
